Banner Layers

Add your sentiments and greetings to the front of cards with the banner layers. Choose either an “over” or an “under” shape. The layers allow definition of the banner and can also be pop dotted for added dimension.

Finished sizes include 4.25″ and 5.5″ for each border.
Imported file size is 11.5″ wide x 7″ tall
