Each download will include the following file types: AI, DXF, GSD and SVG. You will also receive a full color photo of the finished project for visusal reference and the PDF will show each piece, labeled along with any extra tips and helpful hints.
The cutting files work with Silhouette Cameo, Cricut with Design Space, Brother ScanNCut, SureCutsALot, Make the Cut, Pazzles, Wishblade, Click-n-Cut, Craft Robo, and e-Clips. However, the PDF can be used for tracing pieces onto cardstock and handcutting with your favorite scissors.
Download links are available in your account area under the downloads tab. An email with download links is also sent to the email address in your account.
The most common reason for not being able to open a file is that it has not been UNZIPPED. The pattern downloads come as a ZIP file and need to be “UNzipped” or “extracted” in order to use them. To do this, right click on the zipped folder and select “Extract all…” and follow the instructions in the window. (Extract & Unzip mean the same thing.)
The files come in one folder that has been zipped. Zipped files contain one or more files compressed together into a single location. This reduces the overall size and makes it easier to download. It also keeps all the files together in one location on your computer. Right click on a zipped file and select “Unzip” or “Extract” and a new folder is created with all the files separated and ready to use.
Yes. In fact, we recommend it. Please note, however, that files cannot be redistributed and shared with others.
If a file your previously purchased has not been retired or removed from the shop you can download it again. This can be convenient if you experienced a computer crash. Simply sign-in, navigate to your customer account, with your past purchases and download again.
We recommend saving your files to a private backup device or your private cloud storage. We cannot help retrieve files that are retired or no longer available in the shop.

We use PayPal to process payments.
A Paypal account is NOT required. To checkout without a Paypal account, click on the option in the checkout window that says “Pay with credit/debit card”. This will open a secure window where you will enter your card details. Paypal will act as any other credit card processor, providing secure checkout but does not require a Paypal account to do so. Your receipt will be emailed to the email address you provide.
It’s a security measure required by PayPal and also required by Washington State. We have to charge sales tax on Washington residents. If you don’t supply your mailing address you will automatically be charged this tax. We do not share your address or other personal information with anyone else.

1. Check your spam folder.
2. Add [email protected] to your address book or safe list.
3. Try signing up again. Sometimes people enter an incorrect email address the first time.
4. Sometimes internet service providers block our newsletters. So if you don’t find it in your spam folder please send us an email and we’ll check into it for you.
We’re sorry..but…no. The free file is only available for a limited time. After that time they will be available for purchase on the site.
