 | Kindergartener's Survival Kit Created by Christina My son is starting kindergarten this year and he is scared to be away from me...so i thought I would send him a little Kindergarten Survival Kit! It's filled with items he, at just 5 years old can relate to. I made it with a small blue paper lunch bag, Merry & Berry, Keeping In Touch and School Days patterns. It took very little time to make as the patterns are so easy to assemble and they are very sweet looking and fun for the kids! It has a school bus pocket on the front which holds a bookmark with Berry on the front and 3 bright colored crayons. Inside the bag there is a star, hearts, bottle of glue and a telephone...all paper pieced. The bag is kept closed with a ribbon and has a hang tag with the Survival instructions on it. It's an easy to make reminder for a little one that they are not alone on their first days of school. :o) ~ Christina - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Survival Instructions....
